Funnel Mastery Academy in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a skilled Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms. You will collaborate with the creative team, ensure data integrity, manage daily spend, and translate campaign data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities include building campaigns, QA, monitoring spend and metrics, planning tests, and delivering weekly reports, with a focus on driving leads, messages, and sales while protecting ad spend

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising campaign management.
• Ability to plan campaigns around leads, messages, and sales objectives.
• Ability to interpret CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS, frequency, spend, and conversion performance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to data integrity, including the ability to validate Pixel events and reconcile Ads Manager data with funnel results.

• Review offers, funnels, and campaign objectives to define campaign goals, target KPIs, audiences, creative angles, and test budgets.
• Build and deploy campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, including objectives, conversion events, planned audiences, ads, creatives, naming conventions, and UTMs.
• QA links, events, budgets, Pixel activity, conversion tracking, funnel actions, and Ads Manager data before and after launch.
• Monitor daily spend and pacing, review CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, and frequency, pause underperforming ads, adjust budgets, and log optimisation decisions.
• Plan creative tests by identifying winning hooks, formats, and angles, then create clear briefs and coordinate timelines with the creative team.
• Define test variables, launch structured experiments, monitor results until sufficient data is available, identify winners and losers, and document learnings.
• Identify scale-ready campaigns, increase budgets incrementally, duplicate winning structures when needed, monitor KPI stability, and pull back when performance declines.
• Analyse performance by creative, classify creatives as winners, iterations, or candidates for removal, and provide data-based feedback to the creative team.
• Ensure new creatives are introduced weekly to replace fatigued ads.
• Compile complete and accurate weekly reports covering spend, results, efficiency, wins, issues, and recommended next actions.
