Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Meta Creative Specialist in the Philippines to craft high-performing Facebook and Instagram ads that drive leads and customer acquisition. You will create concepts, write copy, design static ads and carousels, and generate variations to scale campaigns.

The role requires hands-on production, a strong direct-response mindset, and a data-driven approach. You’ll collaborate with the Meta Performance Lead and Media Buyer to optimize creatives and achieve target

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in creative design or performance marketing.
Experience creating paid creatives for Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
Direct-response advertising experience, preferably for lead generation or e-commerce.
Strong portfolio with paid creatives and multiple variations.

Responsibilities

Design high-volume creatives for Facebook and Instagram (static, carousels, variations).
Develop hooks, headlines, copy and visual angles based on campaign goals.
Write direct-response ad copy to drive action.
Research competitors, pain points, market trends and successful strategies.
Analyze performance with the Media Buyer to identify winner creatives and iterations.
Test new concepts and variations to grow campaigns and reduce fatigue.
Use AI tools to accelerate research, copywriting, image generation, and production.
Maintain an organized creative library tracking concepts and results.
Produce approximately 100-200 creative assets and variations per week.
