Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience in food delivery or e-commerce is a plus.
• Willing to do fieldwork and engage directly with merchants.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new SMB merchants to the platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process including contract negotiation.
• Drive merchant growth through campaign participation.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide improvement recommendations.
