Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants.
• Coordinate with merchants to collect required documents and information.
• Track onboarding progress and follow up on pending requirements.
• Ensure accurate data entry and system setup for merchant accounts.
• Support onboarding analysts in preparing merchants for go-live.
• Respond to basic merchant inquiries related to onboarding requirements and status.
• Maintain onboarding trackers, dashboards, and internal documentation.
• Escalate issues or delays to the onboarding analyst or lead when needed.
• Help improve onboarding checklists, templates, and workflows.
