Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented individual to verify and manage merchant information. You will input data, check documents, and perform calls to confirm details to support onboarding for new merchants and partners.

As part of the Merchant Services team, you’ll work with Business Development, Marketplace, and Strategic Planning, reporting to senior managers and assisting with day-to-day admin and operations tasks.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry: input merchant and partner details accurately and securely.
• Document Checks: verify business registrations, licences, and agreements.
• Call Verification: confirm details with owners or representatives.
• Keep Records: log all verifications and outcomes for each case.
• KYB Process: help keep merchant data accurate and compliant.
• Support Onboarding: assist merchants through onboarding and post-join support.
