• Developing an effective and accurate system for monitoring purchasing orders.
• Working within the management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders and report any back ordered or missing products.
• Process requisitions and update management on the status of orders.
• Assess quality of stock received and upscale any discrepancies to suppliers and management.
• Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions.
• Able to manage teams/people.

Who are we looking for:

As a Merchandising Supervisor - Buyer, you will be responsible for selecting and purchasing quality products for our business. Manages the process of purchasing orders, negotiating with suppliers, tracking orders, creating and maintaining an inventory, quality assurance, and liaising with inventory teams and management. Works closely with staff acrossdepartments to forecast the needs of the business and make purchase decisions based on demand.
