• Serve as an administrative point of contact between suppliers, freight/logistics partners, and store receiving teams.
• Coordinate with Store Operations and Marketing/Promotions on stock availability at store level.

• Follow up with accredited suppliers and distributors regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and lead times.
• Coordinate PO revisions, extensions, or cancellations due to out-of-stock items, price changes, or delayed shipments.
• Assist in monitoring product movement, minimum/maximum stock thresholds, and stock allocation for promotional campaigns or sales events.
• Serve as an administrative point of contact between suppliers, freight/logistics partners, and store receiving teams.
• Coordinate with the Store Operations and Marketing/Promotions teams regarding store-level stock availability

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• High level of accuracy and keen attention to detail in handling data, documentation, and system entries.
