Responsibilities

• Process and track Purchase Orders (POs) generated by Category Managers and Buyers.
• Follow up with accredited suppliers and distributors regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and lead times.
• Coordinate PO revisions, extensions, or cancellations due to out-of-stock items, price changes, or delayed shipments.
• Assist in monitoring product movement, stock thresholds, and stock allocation for promotions or events.
• Serve as an administrative point of contact between suppliers, freight/logistics partners, and store receiving teams.
• Coordinate with Store Operations and Marketing/Promotions on stock availability at store level.
