Job summary

Beyond Innovations Inc. is seeking a fresh graduate or student to join as a Merchandising Associate in Quezon City. The role ensures goods are available in-store and priced correctly, while assessing store needs based on size and demographics.

You will forecast sales, manage store stocks, negotiate retail quantities, and oversee stock distribution across branches. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior merchandising experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of related course such as Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or other related field.
• 1 year experience in Retail or Merchandising is advantageous.

Job Summary:

Merchandising Associate are responsible for ensuring that the right amount of goods is available in store and are being sold at the right price. Merchandisers will also need to assess the needs of individual stores and how they might differ based on factors such as the size of the stores and their target demographics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Forecasting and analyzing sales
• Manage stocks of retail stores
• Negotiating quantities allocated for retail
• Managing levels and distribution of stock amongst branches through per total and per branch product forecasting
• Handling supply/production problems as they arise

B. Inventory Management

• Maintains inventory by observing inventory levels; discuss with store management to re-allocation/replenishment order when levels appear low;
• Monitoring of Aging
• Monitor slow moving and fast-moving Inventory
• Assessing retail sales performance of different ranges
• Observes customer reaction to special promotions; forwarding observations to management; removing promotions at end of special promotion period.
• Weekly monitoring
• Communicate special instructions, product promotions, new products, and price changes in retail stores.
• Maintains customer relationships by visiting retail OIC, retail officers, promoters; answering their questions; responding to special requests
• Ensure store shelves are well maintained through observing displays of company products
• Helps retail branches special promotions by setting-up displays; checking daily on special promotions
• Maintains quality results by following and enforcing standards and product promotions.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Graduate of any related course such as Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or other related field
