Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in the Philippines to drive end-to-end supply operations for retail partners. You will oversee inventory planning, logistics, and warehouse management to ensure timely availability across Watsons, SM Stores, and other key accounts.

The role requires strong analytics, 5+ years in supply chain/warehousing, and a proven track record with FMCG or retail channels. Field work at Bulacan warehouse will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, warehouse, and logistics operations
• At least 2 years in a managerial role
• Experience with large retailers (Watsons, SM Stores) and consignment
• Proficiency in inventory management systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Inventory Planning & Management across brand retail and consignment locations.
• Lead stock planning and allocation across partner stores and retail chains.
• Collaborate with 3PL providers and logistics partners to optimize delivery timelines.
• Oversee Sales Order processes and monitor consignment inventory levels.
• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, packing, and shipping.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on stock movement, order fulfillment rates, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with local supply chain regulations and documentation.
