Satellite Office in Metro Manila is seeking a Merchandise Allocator to manage allocation and replenishment by SKU, maintain optimum stock levels at the distribution centre and retail stores, and support planners with stock alignment to brand strategy.

The role requires experience in merchandising, strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Prior retail experience and fashion distribution knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar merchandising role.
• Sound knowledge of footwear and fashion distribution and supply principles.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, numerical and analytical skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to take a proactive approach and think strategically.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate the allocation and replenishment of merchandise by SKU.
• Ensure accurate model stocks in auto replenishment to reduce out-of-stocks.
• Coordinate inter-store transfers of merchandise.
• Analyse product flow and sales trends to forecast future needs.
• Monitor receipts and deliveries into store and DC.
• Assist the Planner in pre-season planning and quantifications.
• Provide ad hoc duties as required.
