Job summary

The role collaborates with Buying, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams, monitors stock, prepares allocation reports, and assists in seasonal launches and markdowns. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with Pivot Tables; VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for sales data interpretation.
• Excellent communication across departments to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Allocate merchandise to stores based on sales trends and inventory.
• Monitor stock availability and recommend replenishment.
• Analyze sales and inventory reports to support allocation decisions.
• Coordinate with Buying, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Ensure balanced inventory distribution across stores.
• Track product performance and suggest stock transfers.
• Prepare allocation reports and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in seasonal launches, promotions, and markdown allocations.
• Perform other merchandising-related tasks as assigned.
