Job summary

Alberto Shoes Corporation in Quezon City is seeking a Merchandising Allocator to ensure the right products reach the right stores at the right time. You will analyze sales and inventory to allocate merchandise efficiently and support store requirements.

The role collaborates with Buying, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams, monitors stock, prepares allocation reports, and assists in seasonal launches and markdowns. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with Pivot Tables; VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for sales data interpretation.
• Excellent communication across departments to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Allocate merchandise to stores based on sales trends and inventory.

About the role

The Merchandising Allocator is responsible for ensuring the right products are available in the right stores at the right time. This role analyzes sales performance, inventory levels, and store requirements to allocate merchandise efficiently and maximize sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate merchandise to stores based on sales trends, inventory levels, and demand.
• Monitor stock availability and recommend replenishment to maintain optimal inventory.
• Analyze sales and inventory reports to support allocation decisions.
• Coordinate with the Buying, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams regarding product movement.
• Ensure balanced inventory distribution across all stores.
• Track product performance and recommend stock transfers when necessary.
• Prepare allocation reports and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist in seasonal launches, promotions, and markdown allocations.
• Perform other merchandising-related tasks as assigned.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Merchandising or any related course.
• 1-2+ years of experience in merchandising, inventory management, or retail allocation roles
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is an advantage).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure
• Experience in the footwear or retail sector is highly desirable
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising processes is an advantage but not required.
