Job summary

ESCA Engineering is seeking a BIM Modeler to create, manage, and deliver high-quality BIMs for MEPS projects. You will convert 2D designs into accurate 3D Revit models and produce construction documents directly from models.

You will resolve clashes using Navisworks or BIM 360, coordinate with multiple disciplines, and perform thorough QA/QC checks to ensure standards compliance. You will present technical work to clients and support the BIM Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, ECE, Sanitary) or Architecture.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit within the AEC industry.
• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD; BIM 360 familiarity advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Convert 2D drawings into detailed 3D Revit models based on client-specified LOD.
• Generate construction documents directly from 3D models.
• Identify and resolve multi-trade clashes using Navisworks or BIM 360 to ensure clash-free models.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines to streamline delivery.
• Perform QA/QC checks on all models to ensure compliance with standards.
• Present and defend technical work to clients and address feedback.
