Job summary

ESCA Incorporated is hiring a BIM Modeler to create, manage, and deliver high-quality BIMs focused on MEPS engineering projects. You will convert 2D designs into detailed 3D Revit models and generate construction documents directly from models.

You will resolve multi-trade clashes using Navisworks/BIM 360, coordinate with disciplines, perform QA/QC, and present work to clients while supporting the BIM Manager on project tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, ECE, Sanitary) or Architecture.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit in the AEC industry.
• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM 360 is advantageous.
• BIM Modeling certification is a major plus.
• Ability to interpret complex technical design plans and work well in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Convert 2D drawings into detailed 3D Revit models at client-specified Levels of Development (LOD).
• Generate construction documents and drawings from 3D models.
• Identify and resolve multi-trade clashes using Navisworks or BIM 360 for clash-free models.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines to streamline project delivery.
• Perform QA/QC on models to ensure client and industry standards compliance.
• Present technical work to clients and address revision requests.
• Support the BIM Manager with project coordination.
