Job summary

FacadeToday is seeking a BIM Modeler in the Philippines to create, manage, and deliver high-quality BIM models for MEPS projects. You will convert 2D designs to accurate 3D Revit models, generate construction documents from models, and resolve clashes using Navisworks or BIM 360.

Collaboration with multiple engineering disciplines is essential. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Architecture with 1–3 years of Revit experience and knowledge of AutoCAD; BIM Modeling certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, ECE, Sanitary) or Architecture.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit within the AEC industry.
• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Familiarity with BIM 360 is highly advantageous.
• BIM Modeling certification is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Convert 2D design drawings into detailed, accurate 3D Revit models based on client-specified Levels of Development (LOD).
• Generate clear construction documents and project drawings directly from 3D models.
• Identify and resolve multi-trade clashes using Navisworks or BIM 360 to ensure conflict-free models.
• Coordinate proactively with various engineering disciplines to streamline project delivery.
• Perform thorough QA/QC checks on all models prior to submission to ensure strict compliance with client and industry standards.
• Present and defend technical work directly to clients, efficiently addressing feedback and revision requests.
• Support the BIM Manager with project coordination and other assigned tasks.
