Job summary

Lotte-Gulermak-EEI Joint Venture is seeking a BIM/MEP BIM Specialist to develop and maintain accurate 3D models. You will coordinate with architects, structural, and construction teams, perform clash detection, and ensure documentation aligns with BIM standards.

Responsibilities include building 3D models, generating 2D drawings, and supporting data management for handover. Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is required.

Qualifications

• Develop and update accurate 3D BIM models for MEP systems.
• Produce 2D drawings, shop drawings, and coordination drawings from BIM models.
• Adhere to BEP, BIM protocols, and ISO 19650 standards.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with multiple disciplines.
• Maintain data integrity and COBie-related data within BIM models.
• Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks for BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Model MEP components in BIM and update documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors.
• Run clash reports and support model integration meetings.
• Ensure file organization, naming conventions, and data export readiness.
• Support 4D/5D BIM data and asset information management as needed.
• Assist in COBie data preparation for handover and facilities management.
