MEPFS SITE SUPERVISOR
Position Overview
The MEPFS Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising the installation, implementation, and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Fire Safety (MEPFS) works at the project site. The position will ensure that all MEPFS activities are properly executed according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily MEPFS site activities and installation works.
- Ensure MEPFS works are implemented according to approved plans, drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Directly supervise and manage MEPFS workers and subcontractors.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor the productivity and performance of workers under supervision.
- Coordinate MEPFS activities with civil, architectural, structural, and other site works.
- Review and interpret MEPFS drawings and identify potential conflicts or discrepancies.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper installation and workmanship.
- Monitor the use of MEPFS materials, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other project personnel.
- Identify site issues and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
- Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to the project management team.
- Ensure compliance with project safety requirements and site policies.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, inspection, and turnover of MEPFS systems as required.
- Prepare site reports and other documentation related to MEPFS activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in MEPFS site supervision.
- Proven experience handling and supervising Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Fire Safety works.
- Must have experience managing and supervising workers under his/her responsibility.
- Knowledge of MEPFS installation methods, construction practices, and site procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret MEPFS plans and technical drawings.
- Good coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and site management skills.
- Local applicants are preferred.
- Willing to work on-site and travel as required.
