Job summary

Elluc Projects Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced MEPFS Site Supervisor to oversee the installation, coordination, and testing of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Fire Safety works at the project site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in MEPFS site supervision.
• Experience supervising Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Fire Safety works.
• Ability to read and interpret MEPFS plans and drawings.
• Local applicants preferred.
• Willing to work on-site and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEPFS site activities and installation works.
• Ensure MEPFS works follow approved plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Directly supervise MEPFS workers and subcontractors.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity and performance.
• Coordinate MEPFS activities with other site works.
• Review and interpret MEPFS drawings for conflicts.
• Conduct regular inspections for proper installation and workmanship.
• Monitor use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project personnel.
• Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide progress updates to project management.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and site policies.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, inspection, and turnover of MEPFS systems.
• Prepare site reports and related documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
