Job summary

Fasten-Builders Corporation is looking for an MEPFS Engineer to supervise on-site MEPFS works, ensuring mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and sanitary systems meet approved plans and schedules.

The role requires a background in engineering and 1–2 years in MEPFS or site supervision, with strong skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction safety. Based in Manila/Santa Cruz area, with coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering field.
• 1–2 years experience in MEPFS or site supervision or related role.
• Knowledgeable in residential fit-out projects.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and engineering software.
• Knowledgeable in MEPFS plans, installation, testing, and inspection.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, highly competent and responsible.
• Knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and safety standards.
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Project Execution: Supervise daily MEPFS construction activities and ensure work is performed according to approved plans and specifications.
• Quality Control & Inspection: Conduct site inspections to verify MEPFS installations and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordination & Documentation: Coordinate with Project Engineer, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding MEPFS requirements.
