Job summary

Strategic Land Philippines Corporation seeks an experienced MEPFS Site Supervisor to oversee installation, coordination, and quality of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Fire Safety works at the project site.

You will read drawings, supervise workers and subcontractors, ensure compliance with plans and schedules, coordinate with engineers and suppliers, and report progress to the project management team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in MEPFS site supervision.
• Proven experience supervising Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Fire Safety works.
• Ability to read and interpret MEPFS plans and technical drawings.
• Willing to work on-site and travel as required.
• Local applicants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily MEPFS site activities and installation works.
• Ensure MEPFS works are implemented according to approved plans, drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Directly supervise and manage MEPFS workers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate MEPFS activities with civil, architectural, structural, and other site works.
• Review and interpret MEPFS drawings and identify potential conflicts or discrepancies.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper installation and workmanship.
• Monitor the use of MEPFS materials, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other project personnel.
• Identify site issues and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
• Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to the project management team.
