Job summary
EL CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT GROUP INC. is seeking an experienced MEPFS Site Supervisor to oversee installation, coordination, and testing of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Fire Safety works at the Laoag project site.
The role requires 3–5 years in MEPFS site supervision, strong leadership, and ability to read technical drawings. You will coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades while maintaining safety and schedules.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant MEPFS site supervision experience.
- Proven ability to supervise Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Fire Safety works.
- Able to read and interpret MEPFS drawings and plans.
- Strong coordination and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily MEPFS site activities and installation works.
- Ensure works follow approved plans, drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Directly supervise and manage MEPFS workers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate MEPFS activities with other site trades.
- Review MEPFS drawings and identify conflicts.
- Conduct inspections to ensure proper installation and workmanship.
- Prepare site reports and documentation.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and turnover of MEPFS systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
