Job summary
PIODURAN ENGINEERING DEVT INC. is seeking an experienced MEPF Coordinator to manage, supervise, and coordinate MEPF works on construction projects in the Philippines.
You will review plans, shop drawings, and technical documents, and monitor site installations, testing, and commissioning of MEPF systems. You will ensure compliance with codes, project specifications, and safety requirements, conduct site inspections, and resolve issues before and during installation.
Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate MEPF works for construction projects
- Review and interpret MEPF plans, specifications, shop drawings, and technical documents
- Coordinate MEPF works with civil, structural, architectural, and other project disciplines
- Monitor site installation, testing, commissioning, and completion of MEPF systems
- Ensure that all MEPF works comply with approved plans, project specifications, applicable codes, and safety requirements
- Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues, discrepancies, and potential conflicts before and during installation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely and proper execution of MEPF works
- Prepare and review progress reports, material submittals, method statements, inspection requests, and other project documentation
- Monitor project progress, workmanship, materials, and quality of MEPF installations
- Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC and HSE requirements for MEPF activities
