Job summary
Zeta World Realty, Inc. is seeking an MEPFS Engineer to oversee technical coordination, inspection, and quality implementation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and sanitary systems for housing development projects.
You will review plans, monitor installations, coordinate with project teams, run testing and commissioning activities, and maintain comprehensive records to ensure compliance and timely project turnover.
Qualifications
- Experience with MEPFS installation, supervision, inspection, or construction project management is required.
- Ability to read/interpret engineering plans, specs, and shop drawings.
- Strong coordination and documentation skills for field activity tracking.
Responsibilities
- Review MEPFS plans, specs, shop drawings, and submittals.
- Monitor and inspect MEPFS installation works for compliance.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, and suppliers.
- Monitor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection systems.
- Witness testing, inspection, commissioning, and rectification activities.
- Maintain inspection and testing records and as-built documentation.
- Support government inspections and project turnover.

- Review MEPFS plans, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
- Monitor and inspect MEPFS installation works to ensure compliance with approved plans and project specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, Suppliers, and other technical teams.
- Monitor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection, and related building systems.
- Review quantities, progress accomplishments, and technical requirements for MEPFS works.
- Witness and document testing, inspection, commissioning, and rectification activities.
- Identify technical deficiencies and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Assist in resolving MEPFS design and site implementation issues.
- Maintain technical records, inspection reports, testing documents, and as-built requirements.
- Support project completion, government inspections, and turnover activities.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering course.
- Licensed engineer preferred.
- With experience in MEPFS installation, supervision, inspection, or construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of building MEPFS systems and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Willing to conduct site visits and be assigned to project locations.
- Experience in residential, vertical, or large-scale housing projects is an advantage.
