Job summary

Zeta World Realty, Inc. is seeking an MEPFS Engineer to oversee technical coordination, inspection, and quality implementation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and sanitary systems for housing development projects.

You will review plans, monitor installations, coordinate with project teams, run testing and commissioning activities, and maintain comprehensive records to ensure compliance and timely project turnover.

Qualifications

• Experience with MEPFS installation, supervision, inspection, or construction project management is required.
• Ability to read/interpret engineering plans, specs, and shop drawings.
• Strong coordination and documentation skills for field activity tracking.

Responsibilities

• Review MEPFS plans, specs, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Monitor and inspect MEPFS installation works for compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, and suppliers.
• Monitor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection systems.
• Witness testing, inspection, commissioning, and rectification activities.
• Maintain inspection and testing records and as-built documentation.
• Support government inspections and project turnover.
