Job summary

DMCI Homes is seeking a PCG MEPF Coordinator to oversee the installation of plumbing and electrical fixtures in client turnover units. You will manage subcontractor manpower, monitor dress-up activities, and ensure strict adherence to QA checklists and testing methods for acceptance.

The role requires knowledge of MEPF systems, strong project management principles, and a hands-on approach to documentation and reporting, with attention to safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• MEPF coordination
• Knowledge of MEPF systems, construction methods, and PM principles
• Experience or familiarity with dress-up works could be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and manpower of plumbing and electrical fixtures for MEPF dress-up activities
• Ensure completion of testing methodologies and proper documentation before unit acceptance
• Oversee punch list rectification to address client concerns and improve acceptance rates
• Generate reports and monitor MEPF dress-up work, escalating concerns to the MEPF Supervisor
