DMCI Homes is seeking a licensed Mechanical, Electrical, or Sanitary Engineer with 3+ years of MEPF leadership experience to oversee project coordination in Metro Manila.

Licensed Mechanical, Electrical, or Sanitary Engineer
At least three (3) years of comprehensive MEPF experience demonstrating leadership and managerial skills
Experience in scheduling, cost management, and resource allocation to ensure timely and within-budget project completion
Proficient in managing project documentation, change orders, and Request for Information (RFI) processes
Knowledgeable in MEPF systems, construction standards, and coordination workflows
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills
Conducts audits per completed activity per floor to ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications
Implements corrective and improvement measures based on feedback and non-conformance reports
Ensures timely closure of Quality Management Department (QMD) issued Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
Implements safety initiatives and conducts toolbox meetings
Performs site inspections to identify and mitigate safety hazards
Ensures proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety standards
Reviews and interprets Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, For Construction Drawings (FCDs), and approved shop drawings for MEPF systems
Collaborates with design, construction, and project operations teams for plan coordination
Leads subcontractor coordination meetings, manages drawing issuances, and tracks revisions and Request For Information (RFIs)
Prepares and monitors bills of quantities, material requisitions, and purchase orders
Submits weekly project progress reports
Maintains accurate inventory of owner-supplied materials
Implements inventory management strategies to prevent shortages or overstocking
Prepares procurement schedules and monitors material usage to minimize wastage
Prepares and evaluates change orders, variations, and subcontractor billings
Ensures subcontractors comply with approved materials, equipment, and terms of agreement
Leads progress and coordination meetings to resolve technical issues and ensure project alignment
Prepares detailed bills of quantities and purchase orders for MEPF works
Tracks material usage and monitors variation claims based on subcontract provisions
Reviews subcontractor submittals to ensure adherence to approved quantities and specifications
Coordinates with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for design, material, and testing requirements
Liaises with power and water concessionaires for permanent service connections and compliance
Collaborates with internal teams such as Purchasing, Design & Engineering, and Research and Development (R&D) for approvals and scheduling alignment
