Job summary

DMCI Homes is seeking a PCG MEPF Coordinator to oversee the installation of plumbing and electrical fixtures in turnover units. The role includes inspecting work, following checklists, and ensuring proper testing and commissioning of units.

It also covers monitoring subcontractor manpower and fixture availability. The candidate should have a relevant engineering degree and at least 1 year of MEPF coordination experience, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• MEPF coordination knowledge and familiarity with dress-up works.
• Experience in project management principles and construction methods.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of plumbing and electrical fixtures and manage subcontractor productivity for MEPF dress-up activities.
• Ensure all testing and checklist documentation is completed before unit acceptance and maintain audit-ready records.
• Oversee punch list rectification to address client concerns and improve acceptance rates.
• Generate reports and monitor MEPF dress-up work, escalating concerns to the MEPF Supervisor as needed.
