DMCI Homes is seeking a PCG MEPF Coordinator to oversee the installation of plumbing and electrical fixtures in turnover units. The role includes inspecting work, following checklists, and ensuring proper testing and commissioning of units.
It also covers monitoring subcontractor manpower and fixture availability. The candidate should have a relevant engineering degree and at least 1 year of MEPF coordination experience, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
The PCG MEPF Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the proper installation of plumbing fixtures in units designated for client turnover. This includes conducting thorough inspections, strictly adhering to checklists and quality control procedures, and ensuring proper testing and commissioning of all units. The role also involves monitoring the availability of plumbing fixtures, as well as the manpower of plumbing and electrical subcontractors
BS Mechanical / Electrical / Sanitary Engineering. Preferably without Licensed
At least 1year years of experience in MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) coordination, preferably in dress-up works.

Knowledge of MEPF systems, construction methods, and project management principles
Oversee the installation of plumbing and electrical fixtures, as well as the manpower and productivity of plumbing and electrical subcontractors for MEPF dress-up activities.
Ensure the completion of all required testing methodologies and the accurate documentation of necessary checklists before unit acceptance. This includes verifying testing results, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining proper records for auditing and review.
Oversee punch list rectification to address client concerns efficiently and ensure high acceptance rates.
Generate reports, monitor MEPF dress-up work activities and endorse concerns for assigned projects, submitting them regularly to the MEPF Supervisor.
