Job summary

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) seeks a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to oversee project turnover, punch listings, and QA/QC coordination on new developments in Davao. The role involves coordinating with site managers, developing inspection programs, and ensuring robust post-construction documentation and project closure.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience, a professional engineering license, and is willing to start soon.

Qualifications

Must possess a Professional Engineer licensure in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 1–2 years of experience in the related field.
Full-Time position available; ability to start ASAP.
Amenable to work in Davao.

Responsibilities

Monitor turnover and project acceptance activities.
Perform all punch listing for project proponents.
Attend coordination meetings.
Implement and control punch lists inspection parameters and acceptance guidelines.
Coordinate QA/QC with site construction manager on quality issues.
Develop inspection and test programs for architectural and civil works.
Operate and maintain MEPF systems.
Monitor critical parameters of systems.
Ensure post-construction documentation and project closure.
Manage overall project execution.
