Job summary

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) in Makati is seeking a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. You will inspect equipment and common areas, coordinating with contract supervisors to keep systems in good running condition.

You will also prepare the budget for repairs and maintenance, ensure government compliance, and support the General Manager, Property Manager and Engineering Manager on technical aspects of the building.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid professional engineering license in electrical or mechanical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field, preferably in property/commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspects equipment and common areas, along with contractual supervisors to ensure that they are in good running condition
• Prepares of the budget for repairs and maintenance
• Ensures compliance with all government requirements
• Assists the General Manager, Property Manager and Engineering Manager in all technical aspects of the building
• Do other tasks necessary for the technical aspect of the work
• Willing to work in a commercial facility
