Job summary

SHIMIZU-FUJITA-TAKENAKA-EEI JOINT VENTURE is seeking an MEP QA/QC Document Controller for the Metro Manila Subway Project in Quezon City. The role involves preparing, submitting, and tracking documents such as method statements, ITPs, MRAs, and other records to meet client and quality standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree or any relevant College or University Degree.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, print, circulate for signing, submit, create register, and monitor up to approval of all documents, particularly MRAs and ITPs, and related records.
• Ensures all project document control records are filed and maintained in line with project requirements.
• Ensures project correspondence, records, and drawings are effectively distributed.
• Maintains document control files and records.
• Assists in registering drawings and records within the project document control.
