Job summary

M Moser Associates is seeking a Senior QA/QC Document Controller to support the QA/QC Manager and project team on a complex construction project in Tacloban. You will manage site quality surveillance and systematic control of records using ACC.

You will coordinate with the project team, client, GC, MEPF contractor, consultants, and document control teams to ensure complete, current documentation and timely closure of NCRs and IRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in construction QA/QC, site engineering, document control, or project coordination; senior QA/QC documentation role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site walks and surveillance inspections to identify defects, non-conformances, and quality risks.
• Verify ongoing civil, structural, architectural, and MEPF works align with drawings, specs, ITPs, and checklists.
• Support preparation and follow-up of IRs, MIRs, testing, and client or consultant inspections.
• Ensure materials delivered have approvals, certificates, delivery records, and test reports.
• Maintain organized master register and status tracker for quality and documents.
• Upload and maintain current records in ACC following project filing structure.
