RemoteVA is seeking a skilled MEP Shop Drawing Specialist to produce detailed shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and sprinkler systems. You will collaborate with the design team to resolve routing and coordination challenges in a remote setup.

The role focuses on creating accurate drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, with a strong emphasis on coordinating with client templates and workflows. You will work within EST business hours and benefit from weekly pay and work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications

9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (Monday - Friday)

• Create detailed shop drawings for mechanical systems using Revit and AutoCAD
• Develop shop drawings for plumbing and sprinkler systems
• Coordinate and route piping systems efficiently and effectively
• Communicate ideas and solutions for complex routing challenges
• Work with established templates and systems provided by the client
• Collaborate on HVAC system design and documentation
• Adapt to client-specific workflows and methodologies through training

Requirements

• Strong understanding of construction principles and practices
• Background and experience in creating shop drawings for mechanical systems
• Proficiency in Revit software for MEP applications
• Experience with AutoCAD for technical drawings

• Excellent communication skills for coordination and problem-solving
• Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST)
