Job summary

RemoteVA is seeking a skilled MEP drafter to create detailed shop drawings for mechanical systems using Revit and AutoCAD. You will develop drawings for HVAC, plumbing and sprinkler systems, and coordinate routing to meet project requirements while following client templates.

This remote role requires strong construction knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work EST hours (9:00 am–5:00 pm).

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
• Experience creating shop drawings for mechanical systems.
• Proficient in Revit for MEP applications and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and sprinkler system design.
• Excellent communication for coordination and problem solving.
• Ability to work EST hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) remotely.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed shop drawings for mechanical systems using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Develop shop drawings for plumbing and sprinkler systems.
• Coordinate and route piping systems efficiently and effectively.
