Job summary

Find Your Balance Center for Growth and Change, Inc. seeks an experienced Mental Health Biller to join our behavioral health practice.

This remote role in the Philippines demands accuracy in claims, denials, AR and insurance issues, with the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include verifying eligibility, submitting and tracking claims, reviewing EOBs/ERAs, posting payments, and communicating with patients and insurers to maximize reimbursement while maintaining high-quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical billing experience.
• Behavioral health/mental health billing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, Medi-Cal, and Medicare.
• Experience with claims, denials, appeals, and AR.
• Strong understanding of CPT and ICD-10 codes.
• Experience with payer portals and clearinghouses.
• SimplePractice experience preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with patients regarding insurance and billing issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Proactive problem-solver who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage a high-volume workload.

Responsibilities

Compensation
