Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for new clients before intake.
• Prepare and submit insurance claims through billing systems.
• Review ERA/EOBs and post to A/R tracking sheets.
• Manage denial resolution and resubmissions.
• Process client payment updates and maintain billing records.
• Navigate portals like Availity, TherapyNotes, SimplePractice.
• Organize SOPs, templates, and tracking sheets in Google Drive.
• Post payments accurately across multiple billing systems.
