Job summary

XR&J Fitness Corp is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate in Davao City to generate leads and convert them into members. You will conduct club tours, tailor consultations to prospects’ fitness goals, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to onboarding.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year of sales or customer service experience. Weekend flexibility is required, with incentives and growth opportunities in a dynamic gym environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year in sales, customer service, or fitness industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to work on weekends or holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop leads through walk-ins, referrals, social media, online inquiries, outbound calls, and community outreach.
• Conduct personalized club tours and membership consultations based on prospects' needs, interests, and fitness goals.
• Manage the complete sales journey—from lead generation and follow-ups to closing and member onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members.
• Consistently follow up with leads through calls, texts, emails, and social media platforms.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly membership sales targets and KPIs.
• Keep lead and member information accurate and updated in the CRM or membership management system.
• Present and promote membership plans, special offers, promotions, and other club services.
• Support club events, marketing promotions, and community activities to attract new leads and strengthen brand awareness.
• Deliver a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience to all members, prospects, and guests.
