Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities of Member Operations through effective communication.
• Perform tasks to meet Members' needs including record management and after-sales support.
• Provide guidance to new employees during their initial weeks.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and UAT.
• Log issues and collaborate with IT to find solutions.
