Job summary

Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP) in Mandaluyong is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer to design and deliver a knowledge infrastructure that captures project achievements, impacts, best practices, and learnings for diverse stakeholders.

You will work with the Project Manager to track progress against the results framework, carry out endline studies or impact assessments, maintain indicator databases, and ensure high-quality knowledge products are produced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, development studies, agriculture or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in M&E assignments.
• Experience with data analysis, indicator development, and survey design.
• Experience with international grants is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement M&E systems, protocols, and tools with the project team.
• Safeguard data quality and integrity through database management and appropriate tools.
• Provide inputs for annual reports and completion reports from desk and field research.
• Document innovations, best practices, learnings, and facilitate knowledge-sharing activities.
• Lead the development of knowledge products and ensure timely, high-quality reports.
• Perform knowledge management tasks as needed.
• Design M&E trainings or coaching sessions for internal staff.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
