Job summary

Hlfppt in the Philippines is seeking a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer to lead data management, quality assurance, and reporting for public health initiatives. You will compile and validate reports, support data validation visits, and ensure data integrity for donor reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, teamwork, and the ability to develop dashboards using Power BI and DHIS2 to drive program improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, statistics, population studies, social science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data management and M&E.
• Excellent data management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Experience in managing data-based software.

Responsibilities

• Compile, validate, and submit monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Coordinate on-site data validation visits with SR partners and stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and data visualization tools for internal reviews.
• Provide inputs into program planning and decision-making based on data analyses.
• Support research planning and ethical approvals.
• Coordinate with partners for data harmonization and learning.
• Act as data focal point for assigned SR partners.
