Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in MELSA-related work for development initiatives.
• Experience with disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation, gender justice, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Embed MELSA approaches in project design, implementation and reflection to strengthen program quality.
• Design and facilitate regular project reflection and sense‑making with partners and stakeholders.
• Support donor reporting, proposals, and cross-portfolio MEAL activities.
• Synthesize evidence to inform advocacy, policy influencing and public discourse.
