Job summary

UNDP Philippines seeks a Monitoring & Evaluation Associate based in Cotabato City to support MEAL across Peacebuilding projects. You will work with local authorities, civil society and UN partners to ensure data-driven decisions and learning.

The role includes capacity building, data collection, and reporting to enhance project outcomes. The incumbent will develop indicators, maintain data repositories, and support timely reviews and lessons learned for governance, stabilization and resilience

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years with secondary education or four years with bachelor’s degree in monitoring & evaluation for peacebuilding.
• Experience in results-based monitoring and evaluation for peacebuilding projects.
• Strong report writing and MS Office/DB skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design and management of the Peacebuilding Projects.
• Provide analysis and outputs on project work and governance initiatives.
• Develop and implement MEAL tools; train staff and partners.
• Prepare events, donor reports and project governance materials.
• Organize field visits and monitoring missions.
