Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Workforce Management & Planning Supervisor to oversee sorting facility operations in the Philippines. You will coordinate daily activities, optimize productivity and ensure safety standards while aligning with back room goals and Ops Clock targets.

Responsibilities include supervising both direct and agency staff, managing schedules, coaching performance, and addressing escalations to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing.

Mega FM Workforce Management & Planning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning and operational activities of a sorting facility. This role involves managing the workflow, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining safety standards. The supervisor will work closely with team members to optimize sorting processes, improve productivity, and meet organizational goals such as facility back room productivity and meeting the Ops Clock target.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Monitor functional team members including the Shift In-Charge

• Supervise and coordinate daily sorting operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of items.
• Monitor and adjust workflow to maintain efficiency and meet performance targets.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Manage scheduling of shifting personnel, prepare performance evaluation and conduct coaching session on a regular basis
• Analyze and coordinate with Manpower Management team for proper allocation of agency personnel
• Manage day to day escalations and provide solutions for operational issues

Requirements:

• Preferably has 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing
• Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees
