Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and growth across assigned accounts and geography within the healthcare sector. You will develop territory plans, expand relationships with hospitals and distributors, and execute plans to meet or exceed sales targets while coordinating with regional and headquarters teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or an equivalent discipline.
• MBA / PGDBM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance across assigned accounts and geography.
• Develop and execute territory-level business plans.
• Expand key customer relationships and manage distributors and healthcare institutions to exceed targets.
• Monitor KPIs, build funnel in SFDC, and report performance.
• Collaborate with regional and head office teams to align strategy and execution.
• Lead budgeting, governance and compliance within the territory.
• Support product launches and marketing campaigns in the territory.
