Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales/clinical experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Experience in cardiac surgery and/or cardiology is highly desirable.
• Career-level medical devices sales professionals who can drive product and scientific activities.
• Healthcare career shifters who can provide expert technical support in the OR are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Medtronic's products within an assigned area to meet sales targets.
• Develops and strengthens long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Pursues leads, assesses needs and provides product services to maximize benefits of Medtronic's offerings.
• Conducts market research and shares feedback with R&D, Operations and Marketing.
• Implements market development plans and communicates changes as needed.
