Job summary

MPI Medtronic Philippines, Inc is seeking a results-driven field sales professional to achieve revenue targets in a defined Philippine territory, leveraging account planning and strategic execution.

You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors, provide product education and clinical support, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations and R&D to expand product utilization and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in sales, or advanced degree with 2+ years.
• Minimum 5 years in medical device, healthcare, pharma, or related clinical sales.
• Experience managing customer accounts, developing opportunities, and achieving sales objectives.
• Willingness to travel within the Philippines for territory coverage.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, excellent communication, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed territory revenue objectives through account planning and sales execution.
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement stakeholders, distributors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share.
• Conduct customer needs assessments and provide product solutions.
• Deliver product education, training, and clinical support per policies.
• Analyze market conditions and competitive activity to support planning.

• Maintain accurate forecasts and customer records and ensure policy compliance.
