Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a Medical Social Worker for an acute setting to assess patients’ psychosocial needs and provide counseling and crisis intervention for patients and families. You will assist with accessing community resources and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop holistic care plans.

The role involves discharge planning, caregiver support, and maintaining confidential documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work or equivalent field.
• Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
