Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a Medical Social Worker to assess the psychosocial impact of medical conditions and provide counselling and support to patients and families. The role involves coordinating community resources, collaborating with healthcare teams, and assisting with discharge planning across various settings.

Responsibilities include maintaining confidential records and supporting caregivers, with a focus on holistic, compassionate care for patients in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work or equivalent field.
