- Conduct Assessments: Assess the needs, strengths, and challenges of clients through interviews, observations, and case histories.
- Develop Care Plans: Create individualized care or treatment plans, working closely with clients and their families to establish goals, identify available resources, and implement interventions.
- Provide Emotional Support: Offer emotional counseling and psychological support to help clients manage stress, mental health issues, or life transitions.
- Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support during crises, such as domestic violence, addiction, or mental health breakdowns, and develop appropriate intervention strategies.

Graduate of Bachelor 's Degree in Social Work
Registered Social Worker (RA 1080)
With at least 6 months experience in case management, counseling, and social welfare policies
